We are seeking a professional and friendly Real Estate Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will provide front desk support, assist with administrative tasks, and ensure smooth communication between clients and agents in a fast-paced real estate environment.
Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars for agents and brokers.
Maintain an organized and presentable reception area.
Handle data entry, prepare documents, and update property listings.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Assist with marketing materials, open house preparations, and signage.
Coordinate with vendors, agents, and service providers.
Maintain office supplies and inventory.
Provide general administrative support to the team.
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or administrative training preferred.
Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in real estate or a customer-facing environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations gracefully.
Knowledge of real estate terminology and MLS systems.
Familiarity with social media and real estate marketing tools.
Bilingual (a plus, depending on client base).
