Position: Showroom Receptionist

Role Overview:
The Showroom Receptionist will be the first point of contact for walk-in customers, architects, and dealers visiting Shiv Shakti Laminates’ showroom. The role involves managing front-office operations, customer interactions, and coordination with the sales team to ensure a professional and welcoming experience.
Greet and welcome customers, architects, and visitors at the showroom.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
Maintain visitor records and share leads with the sales team.
Guide customers to product displays and connect them with sales executives.
Coordinate sample requests, brochures, and catalog distribution.
Schedule and confirm appointments for sales/management team.
Ensure the showroom reception area is neat, professional, and presentable.
Support showroom administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and reporting.
Assist in organizing in-showroom events, architect visits, or product demos.
Maintain basic knowledge of product categories to respond to general inquiries.
● Graduate (any stream) preferred.
● 2–4 years of experience in reception, front desk, or customer-facing role.
● Good communication skills (English, Hindi, and local language).
● Professional appearance and interpersonal skills.
● Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, CRM preferred).
Customer service-oriented mindset.
