The ideal candidate should be confident, genuine, and capable of handling office responsibilities efficiently. She should be comfortable interacting with clients, guests, and team members, and must maintain a welcoming environment at the front desk.

Key Responsibilities

• :Greet and welcome guests and clients in a professional manner.

• Handle incoming calls related to work matters; route calls to the appropriate departments.

• Maintain the front desk area — ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

• Manage daily office tasks and assist in administrative duties.

• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.

• Maintain visitor logs and follow security protocols.
