Job Title: Receptionist

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience: 0–3 years

Salary: As per industry standards

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

• Manage incoming calls, route them to the appropriate departments, and take messages when required.

• Maintain visitor logs and ensure proper security protocols are followed.

• Handle incoming and outgoing courier shipments.

• Manage the reception area to ensure cleanliness and a professional appearance.

• Assist in scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and managing conference rooms.

• Provide administrative support to HR/Admin departments as needed.

• Handle basic documentation, filing, and email communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate or 12th pass with good communication skills.

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Pleasant personality with professional etiquette.

• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

• Fluency in English and Hindi preferred.

• Prior experience as a receptionist or front office executive is an advantage.

Working Hours:

10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
