We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team and perform a variety of administrative and front-desk tasks.
You will welcome guests, greet visitors, manage calls, and handle mail, while keeping our reception area organized and professional.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, ensuring they are directed correctly.
Answer, screen, and forward calls professionally.
Maintain a clean and well-stocked reception area.
Receive, sort, and distribute mail/deliveries.
Update calendars, schedule meetings, arrange travel bookings.
Perform administrative tasks like filing, photocopying, maintaining records and documentation stuff .
Requirements:
Minimum Qualification: 10th pass
Experience: Up to 4 years
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong multitasking and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Professional and friendly attitude.
