JD FOR RECEPTIONIST
Job Summary:
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors, clients,
and artists. You will manage front desk operations, assist with client
communication and onboarding, and help ensure smooth functioning of both
daily bookings and scheduled events.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet visitors, clients, and artists warmly and professionally
Manage studio bookings, both walk-in and over phone/email
Answer and direct phone calls or messages to relevant team members
Maintain studio calendar and schedule for shoots and events
Coordinate with studio managers and technical team regarding
booking needs
Handle basic inquiries about studio rates, availability, and services
Maintain cleanliness and order at the front desk and waiting areas
Keep track of inventory like props, guest passes, etc., when required
Support event coordination on show/shoot days
Handle event entries, including check-ins, guest list management,
and wristbands/passes if applicable
Assist with billing or invoicing processes when necessary
Make outbound calls and send emails to prospective clients for
studio onboarding and partnership opportunities
Follow up with leads and maintain a basic database of inquiries
and client responses
Requirements:
Good communication skills – both written and verbal
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in MS Office, Google Calendar, and basic digital tools
Friendly, approachable, and calm under pressure
Flexible with working hours on event-heavy days
Comfortable with cold-calling, basic client communication, and
follow-up coordination
Confident in managing guest flow and entry process during events
Freshers are welcome – training and guidance will be provided
Preferred Qualifications:
Background or interest in media, events, or creative industries
Familiarity with studio equipment or booking platforms is a bonus
Familiarity with indoor shooting (photography/videography
sessions) is a plus
Ability to multitask and coordinate with multiple teams
