Greet and welcome guests and direct them appropriately.
Manage incoming calls, route them to the appropriate person, or take messages.
Maintain the front office area and ensure it is clean and presentable at all times.
Handle visitor entries, maintain a logbook, and issue visitor passes.
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence (letters, emails, couriers).
Coordinate with various departments for smooth communication.
Maintain attendance register and support basic data entry tasks.
Assist HR/Admin with daily office support tasks.
Education: Minimum HSC/Graduate in any stream
Experience: 1–3 years in a similar role (preferred)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office and handling office equipment
Polite, professional, and presentable demeanor
Good time management and multitasking skills
