Job Title: Receptionist

Job Summary:

We are looking for a professional, courteous, and well-organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our real estate development company. The ideal candidate will have a friendly demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage front-desk operations efficiently in a dynamic office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.

• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.

• Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.

• Manage scheduling of meeting rooms and coordinate appointments.

• Handle incoming and outgoing courier and mail services.

• Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges.

• Support administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.

• Assist other departments with clerical tasks as needed.

• Coordinate with building management and vendors when necessary.

• Maintain an inventory of office supplies and reorder as required.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role (1–3 years preferred).

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

• Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.

• High school diploma; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.

Preferred Industry Experience:

• Experience in a real estate, construction, or property management company is an advantage.
