Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and well-presented Receptionist cum Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and will also assist in stock management and administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the reception area professionally

Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately

Welcome and assist visitors and clients in a courteous manner

Maintain records and documents in MS Word and Excel

Assist in day-to-day administrative support

Manage and update stock records of the store room

Coordinate with internal departments for dispatches, deliveries, and store-related updates

Ensure cleanliness and organization of both reception and storage areas

Requirements:

Must be a Graduate in any discipline

Proficient in MS Word and Excel

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Professional appearance and behavior

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented
