We are looking for a Front office Executive to join our team Prajwal Surgical and Scientifics Pvt Ltd to perform a front desk tasks . As a part of this job, you will handling customers and you will also handle front-desk tasks like managing mail and Answering phone calls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors and ensure they are directed correctly.

• Answer, phone calls professionally.

• Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area with necessary supplies.

• Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 2nd PUC and 1 year . Other required skills include proficiency in Computer Microsoft Office Suite, multitasking and time-management, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
She must have a professional attitude and be an expert in written and verbal communication.
