Job Type: Full-time (8 hours duty, Rotational Shifts)

Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month

Roles & Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients and visitors in a polite and professional manner

• Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, and billing support

• Answer incoming calls and handle patient inquiries efficiently

• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and hospital staff for smooth operations

• Maintain records and ensure accuracy in computer entries

• Ensure reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming

Eligibility & Skills

• Experience: 1 – 2 years as a Receptionist (preferably in hospital/clinic)

• Qualification: Graduate (any stream)

• Computer knowledge is mandatory

• Good communication skills in English, Hindi & Marathi language

• Strong learning ability, multitasking, and patient-helpfull attitude

Work Schedule & Benefits

• 8-hour duty shifts (rotational)

• 1 weekly off (rotational)
