As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, the Receptionist plays a key role in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Maintain the front desk area and ensure it is tidy and presentable
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
Provide basic information to clients and guests
Perform data entry and basic clerical tasks (e.g., filing, photocopying, scanning)
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access
Assist with administrative tasks for various departments as needed
Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
