Front Desk Receptionist/Office Assistant
This position's primary duties include greeting visitors and operating a multi line telephone system to answer incoming calls and direct callers to appropriate personnel. The Receptionist/Administrative Assistant provides a variety of administrative duties that support the Administrator and Executive Team.

Reception Sitting
Reception Control
Inward and outward Material
Movement Checking
Handover to store Materials
Cash , Purchase order Material
Admin work
AMC Maintenance
Office Printer / Laptop / Desktop maintenance
Camera ,CCTV ,AC , Generator etc .
Building Maintenance.
Qualification:-
Graduate or undergraduate
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Professional Skilled in the use and general maintenance of all office equipment
Organisational and office management skills
Record keeping skills
Verbal and written communication skills
