Explain the OPD process, including dilation and follow-up instructions.
Provide clear guidance about procedures, services, and follow-up visits.
Address patient queries politely and effectively.
Inform patients about any changes or delays in the doctor’s schedule.
Manage appointment bookings and maintain updated OPD schedules.
Coordinate with Reception, Helpline, and Call Center for smooth patient appointments.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
Liaise between consultants, nursing staff, pharmacy, optometry, and other departments.
Assist doctors in managing their OPD flow efficiently.
Follow up on pending tests, reports, or patient requirements.
Ensure the OPD environment is clean, organized, and patient-friendly.
Take patient feedback and share it with the management for service improvement.
Follow all hospital SOPs, policies, and safety guidelines.
