Job Summary:
The Receptionist cum Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) is responsible for managing front desk operations, greeting and assisting visitors, attending calls, and maintaining excellent customer relationships by ensuring high satisfaction levels and prompt support.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Management:
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and messages efficiently.
Maintain visitor records and manage appointments.
Coordinate courier and mail services.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.
Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly.
Follow up with clients for feedback and service satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal departments for client requirements and support.
Administrative Support:
Assist Admin departments in daily office operations.
Maintain front office supplies and ensure a clean, organized reception area.
Handle documentation, filing, and data entry tasks.
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Positive attitude, smart personality, and professional behavior.
Ability to multitask and handle pressure situations.
Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Management / Commerce).
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a similar role.
Experience in the service industry or corporate environment preferred.
Working Hours:
