We are looking for a professional and dynamic Receptionist to join our team at Medisys Health Private Limited. As the first point of contact, you will welcome guests, patients, and visitors, while efficiently handling front-desk operations and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a medical/healthcare background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors/patients and ensure they are directed appropriately.

Answer, screen, and forward phone calls professionally.

Manage front desk duties including patient/client queries.

Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area with required stationery supplies.

Book and manage appointments, update calendars, and schedule meetings.

Call for patient/client feedback to ensure service quality.

Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.

Arrange travel accommodations when required.

Perform administrative tasks like filing, photocopying, and maintaining office records.

Job Requirements:

Education: Minimum Graduate (Preferred B.Sc., BBA, MLT, DMLT).

Experience: 1 – 3 years of experience in a similar role (medical/healthcare background preferred).

Skills:

Good English communication skills (written & verbal).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong multitasking and time-management skills with ability to prioritize.

Must be proficient in booking and managing appointments.

Professional attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
