Job Purpose

Responsible for managing all internal and external visitors, customers, suppliers for various activities.

Key Responsibilities

• This person is responsible for managing visitors ,customers , vendors and all internal

• Ensure that visitor management process is followed with due records maintained .

• Ensure that all visitor access and approvals are aligned to data center security and access policy

• Ensures that all material and items are screened and directed to respective storage area

• Maintain and manage all access and visitor records for audit and compliance purpose

• Work with internal operation and security team for all access and approval related requirement

• Follow the approval instruction as directed and guided by higher authorities

• Escalates and communicates for any violation and intrusion issues to internal team

• Prepare daily /weekly access and visitor reports

• Send Appointment/Cancellation details to the clients.

• Create and maintain daily appointment schedule and cancellation.

• Explaining Package details to the customer.

• Mange payments and pending fees.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
