We are seeking a professional, friendly, and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. As a receptionist, you will provide administrative support across the organization, welcome guests, and coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.
Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary materials (e.g., brochures, forms, pens)
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing
Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
Handle basic inquiries and provide accurate information
