Position Overview:

We are looking for a Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our dealership. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional appearance, and the ability to manage front-desk operations smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome & assist walk-in customers and visitors.

• Manage phone calls, inquiries, and direct them to the right department.

• Maintain front office records, visitor logs & appointment scheduling.

• Support basic admin tasks such as filing, data entry & documentation.

• Provide product/service-related information to walk-in customers.

• Ensure a clean, professional & customer-friendly reception area.

Requirements:

• Graduate / 12th Pass with relevant experience.

• 1–3 years of experience as Receptionist (Automobile preferred).

• Strong communication & customer-handling skills.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).
