• Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.

• Maintain visitor and employee attendance registers.

• Schedule and manage appointments, meetings

• Handle courier, deliveries, and incoming/outgoing mail.

• Maintain cleanliness and order at the reception area.

• Receive payments from clients and maintain proper records or receipts.

• Shift timings: 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM

• Branches : Usmanpura & Satellite

• Salary is Negotiable and Depend on Interview.

• Candidates from Ahmedabad can preferred.
