Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls to the concerned departments.
Manage front desk operations including appointment scheduling and visitor logs.
Provide information and directions to visitors, patients, and staff as required.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier, and deliveries.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
