We are looking for a smart, presentable, and professional Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide administrative support across the organization. The ideal candidate should be friendly, well-spoken, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Maintain front desk security and ensure a tidy and presentable reception area
Handle daily administrative tasks such as courier handling, stationery management, and filing
Manage appointments and meeting schedules
Maintain visitor logs
Provide basic and accurate information to visitors or clients
Assist in coordinating internal communications
Support the HR/Admin team in various clerical duties
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional appearance and attitude
Graduate in any discipline (Preferred)
Punctual, reliable, and responsible
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
Good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
