Job Description
Remind Legal is looking for a well-spoken, presentable, and proactive Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, especially English (mandatory), and should be capable of assisting the HR department while managing regular administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
• Front Desk Management:
• Greet and attend to all visitors, clients, and candidates at the reception.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming front-desk environment.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and courier deliveries.
• HR Assistance:
• Support HR in scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
• Assist in maintaining employee files and documentation.
• Help with onboarding formalities and general HR tasks.
Administrative Duties:
• Manage office supplies and stationery.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers when needed.
• Handle meeting room scheduling and ensure smooth daily office operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of reception and common areas.
Requirements
• Strong English communication skills (mandatory) — spoken and written.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Presentable personality with good interpersonal and multitasking skills.
• Prior experience as a receptionist or in admin/HR roles is preferred.
