Designation: Receptionist

Education:-   Any Graduate 

Experience:- 2+ years 

Salary:- As Per Industry
Job Location :- Pune (Chikhali)

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services.
• Book travel tickets (flights, trains, cabs) and accommodations for employees as per
company policies.
• Manage daily food arrangements for employees (including ordering, vendor
coordination, and timely delivery).
• Maintain records of employee food preferences, special requirements, and
attendance.
• Coordinate with food vendors to ensure quality, hygiene, and timely service.
• Assist in planning and organizing meals for meetings, events, or special office
occasions.
• Maintain visitor logs and manage access badges.
• Support basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and supply management.
• Ensure front desk operations align with company policies and security protocols.

Requirements and Skills:
• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in Office Administration is a plus.
• Prior experience as a Receptionist, Office Assistant, or similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with travel booking platforms and basic vendor coordination.
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
• Reliability, punctuality, and confidentiality are essential.
