Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients, visitors, and guests warmly
Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages professionally
Schedule appointments and maintain meeting calendars
Coordinate with internal departments for visitor requirements
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the front desk area
Requirements:
Proven experience in a receptionist or front office role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in MS Office and basic computer skills
Pleasant personality and customer-focused attitude
Bachelor's degree preferred
