We are seeking a well-spoken, organized, and professional Receptionist / Front Desk Executive to serve as the first point of contact at our college. The ideal candidate will manage the front desk efficiently, handle inquiries, and ensure a welcoming environment for students, parents, faculty, and visitors.
Greet and assist students, parents, staff, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
Provide accurate information regarding college programs, admissions, and facilities.
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as needed.
Assist the administration team with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments.
Coordinate with various departments for smooth communication and visitor handling.
Ensure confidentiality and security of data and records.
Graduate in any discipline.
Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk executive, or in a similar role (preferably in an educational institution).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
