Description of Responsibilities
1. Job requires attending to all incoming and outgoing calls courteously and maintaining appropriate records.
2. Greeting and directing all visitors, clients, including vendors, job candidates and service providers.
3. To handle efficiently all company related inquiries at the reception.
4. Job requires maintaining all the correspondence records.
5. To maintain discipline in the Front office.
6. Ensure the ultimate client satisfaction.
