Timings are -10.30am to 7.30pm (Sunday fixed off)

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region for a Receptionist-Service Desk role.

The Receptionist will be responsible for greeting clients, managing phone calls, handling duties, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include answering and directing phone calls, managing clients which are ongoing and visiting stores, scheduling appointments, and performing various activities to handle escalations & resolve customer service.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Receptionist Duties and Customer Service.

Strong Communication skills

Excellent Customer Service skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Proficiency in office software and equipment

Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
