We are looking for a customer-friendly, organised, and reliable Receptionist to be the face of our premium laundry service. You will manage front desk operations, customer queries, order intake and delivery coordination, and ensure smooth daily functioning.
Greet customers and assist with laundry drop-off and pickup.
Maintain digital and/or manual records of all incoming and outgoing orders.
Tag clothes as per the defined order and process flow.
Inform customers about delivery timelines and available services (e.g., express delivery, special care).
Handle customer feedback, complaints, or special requests professionally.
Coordinate with delivery staff and factory partner for pickups/deliveries.
Follow up with customers via WhatsApp or phone for order readiness, delays, or availability.
Maintain a register of daily customer interactions and order status.
Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of the reception area.
Manage packing materials, order tags, and branding items.
Ensure all returned clothes are neatly packed in branded materials before handover.
Assist in maintaining stock of packaging, tags, stationery, etc.
Report daily sales and order details to the manager.
Maintain billing records and collect payments (cash, UPI, cards, etc.).
Proficiency in basic computer or mobile apps (e.g., Google Sheets, WhatsApp, POS systems).
Fluent in [local language] + basic English or Hindi.
Good interpersonal, time management, and multitasking skills.
Clean, well-groomed appearance with polite and professional behaviour.
