Job Summary: We are looking for a friendly, presentable, and professional Receptionist to manage our front desk and handle a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. As the first point of contact for the company, the ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
Maintain front desk security and monitor visitor access.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (couriers, emails, etc.).
Manage meeting room bookings and schedule appointments.
Keep the reception area tidy and presentable.
Support the HR/Admin team with basic clerical duties like filing, data entry, etc.
Maintain records of staff attendance and visitors' logs.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Presentable with a pleasing personality.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Basic knowledge of office equipment like printers, scanners, etc.
Qualifications:
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline.
Fluency in English and Hindi (any regional language is a plus).
Prior experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred but not mandatory.
