Job Summary

The Receptionist will be responsible for managing the front desk area, welcoming and assisting visitors, handling incoming calls through the IVR system, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and the sales team. The role also involves basic administrative support, including maintaining records in Excel.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming.

• Greet and assist visitors, directing them to the appropriate person or department.

• Handle all incoming calls through the IVR system and route them to the relevant team members.

• Forward sales leads and related calls to the sales team promptly.

• Maintain a visitor log and other front-desk records.

• Provide basic administrative support as required.
