We are looking for a professional and well-groomed female Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a corporate or financial environment, excellent communication skills, and a strong client service orientation.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Handle incoming calls, route them appropriately, and manage messages/logs
Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and ensure smooth front office operations
Maintain the reception area and meeting rooms in an orderly and professional manner
Coordinate courier services, maintain visitor records, and manage office supplies
Provide administrative support to departments as required
Ensure confidentiality and uphold a professional office environment at all times
Requirements:
Female candidates only
Graduate in any discipline; additional office management training is a plus
1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably in finance, banking, or corporate setups
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language
Proficient in MS Office and basic office equipment
Presentable, polite, and client-focused with a professional attitude
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
