Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

• Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments or staff.

• Maintain visitor logs and issue passes when required.

• Manage appointments, schedules, and meeting room bookings.

• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and courier services.

• Provide basic information to clients, guests, and staff.

• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.

• Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation.

• Assist in coordinating office supplies and inventory.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass.

• Communication in Bengali, Hindi, and English.

• Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or similar role.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, scheduling tools).

• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
