We are looking for a Personal Assistant to join our team Sustainable Development Foundation to perform a variety of administrative tasks. As a part of this job, you will welcome guests and greet people who visit the organization/business premises. Besides this, you will also handle front-desk tasks like managing mail and forwarding phone calls. The position offers an in-hand salary of INR 18000 TO 22000/PM and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the Chairman’s daily schedule, appointments, and meetings.
Arrange travel itineraries, logistics, and accommodations as needed.
Draft and manage official correspondence, emails, and follow-ups on behalf of the Chairman.
Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and meeting briefs.
Welcome guests, dignitaries, and stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner.
Maintain a warm, hospitable, and well-managed front-desk environment.
Ensure visitors are attended to and directed appropriately within the office.
Serve as a communication bridge between the Chairman and internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders.
Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and messages efficiently.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all communications.
Organize and maintain files, documents, and records (both digital and physical).
Manage and monitor incoming and outgoing mail, courier, and official documents.
Track action items and ensure timely completion of tasks assigned by the Chairman.
Coordinate internal meetings, events, and follow-ups.
Maintain an organized workspace for the Chairman and ensure daily preparedness.
Handle any additional duties assigned to support the Chairman’s office effectively.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 to 3 years. Other required skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, multitasking and time-management, with the ability to prioritize tasks. He/She must have a professional attitude and be an expert in written and verbal communication.
