The Personal Assistant (PA) to the Director will provide high-level administrative support and assist in various tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the Director's office. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Calendar Management:
Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the Director.
Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
Draft correspondence, organize meeting materials, and prepare reports.
Office Management:
Maintain a well-organized office environment, ensuring all necessary supplies and resources are available.
Data Management:
Assist in data entry, filing, and maintaining records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Project Support:
Assist in preparing project proposals, presentations, and tracking milestones.
Event Coordination:
Organize and coordinate events, workshops, and meetings as requested by the Director.
Confidentiality:
Maintain discretion and confidentiality in all matters related to the Director and the organization.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably for a senior executive or director.
Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
