Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly organized and efficient Personal Assistant to support our senior management team. You'll be responsible for managing schedules, handling correspondence, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage schedules, calendars, and meetings

- Excellent English communication

- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls

- Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and documentation

- Lead a team and ensure tasks are completed efficiently

- Occasionally work late nights to meet deadlines or support business needs

- Travel as required for business purposes

Requirements:

- BCom Graduate degree

- Excellent computer knowledge, including MS Office and Google Suite

- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal)

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including late nights

- Ability to travel for business purposes
