We are looking for a Personal Assistant to join our team at Damal Industries Private Limited to perform a variety of administrative tasks. As a part of this job, you will welcome guests and greet people who visit the organization/business premises. Besides this, you will also handle front-desk tasks like managing mail and forwarding phone calls. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹18000 - ₹25000 and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and screen all incoming phone calls, emails, and other correspondence addressed to the Chairman.
Schedule, coordinate, and manage the Chairman’s appointments, meetings, and travel plans.
Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and ensure follow-ups on action items.
Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the Chairman.
Maintain confidential documents, records, and data with discretion and integrity.
Handle personal tasks and errands as assigned by the Chairman.
Liaise with internal departments, clients, vendors, and senior stakeholders.
Assist in drafting and editing presentations, reports, and communication material.
Accompany the Chairman during business trips and manage logistics as required.
Skills Required:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities
Discretion and confidentiality are a must

Fluency in English and Hindi
Additional Information:
