We are looking for a Office Admin to join our team Office Berths Coworking space, Rajarajeshwari nagar, Bangalore to perform a variety of administrative tasks. As a part of this job, you will welcome guests and greet people who visit the organization/business premises. Besides this, you will also handle front-desk tasks like managing mail and attending customer enquiry phone calls. The position offers an in-hand salary of 16000 and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors and ensure they are directed correctly.
Answer, screen, and forward phone calls professionally.
Respond customers messages and emails.
Onboard and offload customers.
Raise invoices
Track and Collect payments.
Handle office expenses.
Coordinate taxation related documents with accounting auditors.
Manage office facility related installation, mainenance and repair works.
Maintain finance accounts through spreadsheets.
Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area with necessary stationery supplies.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
Update calendars, schedule meetings.
Perform administrative tasks like filing, photocopying, and maintaining office records.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate preferably in BCom or BSc and 1-2 yrs experience. Other required skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, multitasking and time-management, with the ability to prioritize tasks. He/She must have a professional attitude and be an expert in written and verbal communication in english.
