Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact between the core team, clients, and senior leadership, ensuring smooth communication and workflow.
Coordinate and monitor project progress, assign tasks across departments, and ensure timely delivery with required quality standards.
Manage client communications, follow up on data requirements, and resolve invoice or payment-related issues until closure.
Provide executive support including scheduling, meeting coordination, drafting correspondence, and maintaining records.
Handle travel arrangements, office administration, and basic bookkeeping to support overall business operations.
Prepare reports, memos, and documentation for senior staff, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
Perform additional tasks and support duties as assigned by leaders
