We are looking for a responsible and organized Office Administrator to join our team and support daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be efficient, detail-oriented, and capable of handling office coordination, documentation, communication, and basic support tasks.
Maintain and organize office records, files, and documentation
Manage incoming and outgoing calls/emails
Handle inventory, stationery, and office supplies
Coordinate with vendors and service providers
Assist HR and the accounts department with data entry and documentation
Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
Prepare reports, letters, and basic correspondence
Graduate or equivalent qualification
Proven experience as Office Admin or similar role (1+ years preferred)
Good communication skills in English and Hindi
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Ability to multitask and manage priorities
Positive attitude and problem-solving approach
