📌 Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Helpdesk Executive to provide first-level technical and non-technical support to users. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and basic IT knowledge to resolve queries efficiently.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
Respond to incoming queries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
Log, track, and manage support tickets in the system.
Troubleshoot and resolve basic IT issues related to hardware, software, email, and networks.
Escalate complex issues to relevant departments when necessary.
Follow up with users to ensure complete issue resolution.
Maintain accurate documentation of issues and resolutions.
Assist with user onboarding and system access setup.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, operating systems, and computer hardware.
Familiarity with helpdesk/ticketing tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc.).
Good problem-solving and multitasking skills.
Customer-oriented mindset and patience.
Ability to work in shifts (if required).
