Guest Relation Executive
Qualification – Bachelor Degree
Job Responsibility
• Review arrival lists to welcome guests
• Attend to guests and answer their inquiries
• Help then with registration process and billing
• Provide information about health services and departments.
• Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers
• Offer assistance during the screening (like assist them to each department, offers tea,
coffee of juice etc.)
• Address customer complaints and escalate to Manager when needed
• Record information of report printed and fit kit dispatch.
• Ensure compliance with health and quality standards

• Excellent problem-solving skill.
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
