Duties and Responsibilities -
Greeting guests and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
Answering and redirecting incoming calls to the appropriate departments.
Scheduling and coordinating meetings and conference rooms.
Assisting in administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, maintaining files, and handling mail and courier deliveries.
Providing excellent customer service and addressing customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Operating office equipment, such as printers and photocopiers.
Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front office area.
Adhering to security protocols, such as managing visitor logs and tracking deliveries.
Updating and maintaining accurate records and databases.
Supporting other departments as needed.
Skills and Qualifications -
Excellent communication skills in English is compulsory.
Only immediate joiners will be preferred.
Working days - 6 days(Monday to Saturday)
Working Hours - 10am to 7pm
Only female candidates who is having minimum 1 Year of Experience related to front office field.
Should have knowledge of MS Office(MS Excel, MS Powerpoint and MS Word) and Tally.
Qualifications - Must be graduated from any field.

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 3 years of experience. Other required skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, multitasking and time-management, with the ability to prioritize tasks. He/She must have a professional attitude and be an expert in written and verbal communication.
