Position: Front Office Executive – Software Training Institute
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Front Office Executive to join our Software Training Institute. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling walk-in enquiries, guiding students with course information, and providing end-to-end support throughout their learning journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Attend and manage walk-in enquiries, providing accurate course details.
Counsel students based on their educational background, interests, and career goals.
Suggest suitable technologies/courses for working professionals based on prior job experience.
Maintain regular follow-ups with students regarding admissions, batches, and fee collections.
Handle outbound calls to prospective students and explain course offerings.
Support batch coordination and ensure smooth communication with students.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to counsel and guide students effectively.
Organized, proactive, and customer-service oriented.
Previous experience in counselling, front office, or training institute will be an added advantage.
