Front Desk cum Sales Job Description :

As a Front Desk cum Sales representative, you will be the first point of contact for guests and visitors. You will be responsible for managing front desk activities including receiving calls and greeting guests. Additionally, you will promote and sell the company's products and services, aiming to meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
• Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a front desk or sales role

Any Graduation candidate candidate with

Strong customer service skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Internet)

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
