We are seeking a smart, enthusiastic, and friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact at Believe Tours & Travels. The ideal candidate will greet clients, manage communication, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients with a warm and professional approach
Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently
Maintain records, bookings, and schedules
Coordinate with the team for day-to-day office tasks
Support management with basic administrative duties
Requirements:
Good communication & interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Email handling)
Positive attitude & pleasing personality
Prior experience in travel / hospitality (preferred but not mandatory)
