We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Office Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide exceptional customer service to visitors and staff. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our organization, ensuring guests are welcomed warmly and all front desk responsibilities are carried out efficiently and effectively.
Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a polite and professional manner
Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and presentable
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email
Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document handling
Monitor visitor access and maintain security protocols (e.g., issuing visitor badges)
Assist other departments as needed with clerical support
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in Office Management is a plus
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional appearance and attitude
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Full-time position (standard office hours)
Office-based role, often the first person clients and employees see
May require occasional lifting of small packages or office supplies
Experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines, printers)
Familiarity with appointment scheduling systems or CRM software
Multilingual abilities are a plus
