About the Role

We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented Front Office Receptionist to join our team at a reputed property in Thekkady. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth front office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests during check-in and check-out

• Manage reservations and maintain guest records

• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently

• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for seamless guest service

• Maintain front desk cleanliness and ensure hospitality standards are met

• Provide accurate information about the property and local attractions

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Front Office/Reception (Hotel/Resort/Villa preferred)

• Strong communication skills (English, Hindi, and local language preferred)

• Presentable and customer service-oriented personality

• Ability to multitask and work in a team environment

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, PMS software preferred)

• Immediate joiners will be given preference
