Key Responsibilities
Warmly welcome and assist guests at the front desk
Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, and registrations
Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly
Provide information about services, facilities, and local attractions
Coordinate with housekeeping, food & beverage, and other departments to fulfill guest needs
Maintain accurate guest records and update profiles
Ensure a smooth, pleasant, and personalized guest experience
Handle administrative tasks like managing logs and reservations
Requirements
0-1 year of experience in hospitality, customer service, or front desk roles (freshers welcome)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Pleasant and professional personality with a welcoming demeanor
Ability to multitask and manage guest inquiries efficiently
Basic computer skills to handle reservations and guest records
