Job responsibilities:
Manage front desk and check-in and check guests.
Manage property and update inventory from time to time.
Interact with guests and ensure that they are happy and satisfied with services.
Use the PMS system to check in and check out guests, use the channel manager and payment system.
Interact with the sales and marketing team and close incoming sales queries.
Managing 20-35 room property and handling team of 8-10.
Interacting with guests and clients, meeting and greeting customers
Answering marketing calls
Planning and organizing accommodation, catering, and other services
Day-to-day management of the hotel and its staff
Doing manpower management & providing leadership to team
Addressing problems and troubleshooting
Salary: 21 K to 25 K (highly deserving candidates can be given more than the range)
Desired Candidate Profile:
Education - Graduate in any stream from a recognized institute
Work experience in the hospitality/customer-facing industry is an added advantage
Good communication skills in English
Passionate & self-motivated
Good interpersonal & guest interaction skills
